Join us on one of our retreats or join Amanda for a 'mini' retreat with a private 1 to 1 yoga session (1.5hrs) in North Devon (Chulmleigh) to relax and unwind. Whether you are just looking to slow down and take time for yourself, or build your confidence and strength in your yoga practice, 1 to 1's are a great way to create the perfect practice for you. You get time to explore what you enjoy in yoga and Amanda can create a practice suited to you, whatever your level.

Yoga & Wellbeing

Amanda completed her Teacher Training in the heart of the jungle in the mountains of stunning Sri Lanka... surrounded by nature and wildlife, which has inspired her to take yoga outside whenever possible. Whether that's to the beach (on our retreats), or any outside space... breathing in the fresh air and relaxing to sounds of nature (or the ocean), practicing yoga outside really enhances your yoga practice and calms the mind.

 

Whether it is outdoors or inside, Amanda creates a safe, welcoming and calm environment for you to practice your yoga in.

1 to 1 sessions are a great way to develop and get the most out of your yoga practice.  With 1 on 1 coaching Amanda is able to cater for 'your' needs and build a practice suited to you. Whether you are new to yoga or practice regularly, this is a great way to build confidence and strength and explore the areas you enjoy.  This can also be done with a friend, partner or small group, if you prefer to practice with friends, see more information below.

 

Each session will include a mindful meditation to relax you into the space, calm the mind from our busy daily lives and commitments to really get the most out of your 1.5hrs. Focusing on linking breath to movement, connecting the mind body and soul, to leave you calm, energised and ready for whatever lives ahead. 

 

Amanda is 200hr qualified and registered with Yoga Alliance. Trained in Hatha and Vinyasa flow, so can offer both traditional Hatha practice or an energetic flow. As well as more restorative session to heal the body and leave you in a blissful state ready for following day. 

 

If you're a total beginner yogi then, Amanda will guide you through the basics at your pace and you can ask as many questions as you like! 

Workshops & Small Groups

Amanda also offers workshops and can cater for small groups if you would prefer to practice with friend, partner or small group.

 

Workshops will be advised but if you or a small of you are interested in something specific, then pick up the phone, because we could maybe put something together for you.

 

Whether thats focusing on particular areas or poses (asana's), breathe work (pranayama), meditation or strength, it is up to you how you use that time and sometimes in a small group it more fun!

 

Partner yoga is also a fun and enjoyable practice and if you've never tried it before, it's a great way to take time out with your partner (when finding 'time' in this busy world is challenging) to do something 'together'. It's also a great way to introduce someone you know to yoga (if they've never done it before) and can also be a very bonding experience.

Upon booking our Portugal women's fitness retreat you will receive an information pack, but here's what you need to know before you book. Please make sure you have read our Terms and Conditions

Prices - 

Shared Twin Room     - £(tbc) per person 

Beautiful modern twin room to share with your friend or a like minded guest with two single beds  

                                                                                      

Only 10 spaces available

Dates - Please arrive on Saturday 7th April 18 in time for an evening yoga class and dinner, convenient direct flights can be found from London to Faro. The retreat will finish on Saturday 14th April 18 after a morning yoga class and breakfast. 

 

Deposit - If you wish to reserve your place a 25% deposit is required. The remaining payment can then be paid in full 2 months prior to the retreat. Please contact us for this option.
