Last Saturday we were invited to take part in the Animal 30th party celebrations and party we did in Wild & Free style! Alongside the Animal crew, we hung out with their other legendary riders, fans, competition winners and VIP guests. Owner's of Wild & Free Alan Stokes and Philly Lewis are both advocates for Animal and the company have supported Wild & Free since we first launched. We are forever grateful for their help and contribution towards Wild & Free Adventures. We are currently giving away a wetsuit on our Facebook page, make sure you enter for a chance to win! Here's the low down on the weekend...
Of course we started the day with our early morning yoga class with Philly Lewis guiding us through her creative flows getting us energised for the day ahead. There's no place better than yoga on the beach! We had the pleasure to teach and hang out with some awesome ladies including Sophie from Mad To Live.
Next was a HIT session lead by the incredible Kim Hartwell from Tone What You Own. Under the Bournemouth sun, we sweated, we squated, we jumped in the sea and sang along to the 80s tunes blasting out! It's safe to say we definitely worked up an appetite for lunch.
Following the yummy re-fuel, we headed straight to the ocean with Alan Stokes, helping us out on our SUP's and guiding us into the sea.
Whilst we were busy sweating it all out, renowned artist Iain Macarthur was at work creating an epic mural. Seven hours of breathtaking skill and we were blown away by the result.
As the sun went down and the cocktails came out, we headed into the evening to party the night away! What an incredible weekend Animal! Thanks for having us and thanks to all of you that joined in with us from Alan & Philly.
