Service Description
Invigorating & fun yoga flow every Friday - for everyone! This class is fun, invigorating and a great way to "shake off" the week and "kick start" your weekend ahead! It involves a sequence of poses, linked together to get a good all over body stretch and work out. It varies each week, with different themes, focuses, including balances, core, back bends, twists and more. A little faster paced to keep the energy flowing! This class is designed to be fun and we 'go with the flow', let go of what has been, focus on the present moment and find our breath, moving in a fluid way with our bodies, connecting the mind and body...and breath. Great if you like something a little more dynamic and faster paced, but still with that calming affect, as we move in controlled and steady pace, using muscle strength. This is a 45mins Flow which is then followed by a 15mins Savasana/Relaxing session - BOOK IN FOR BOTH IF YOU WANT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE! Everyone's welcome... these classes are open to everyone whether you are a complete beginner or regular practitioner. Yoga is about movement and breath... it can be relaxing, revitalising, energetic and restorative. Each class is different and fun, some weeks we may focus on alignment, another strength or just enjoy linking breath and movement in a fun flow class. Ultimately, Yoga is for 'everyone'...and it's not about how fit or flexible you are!

Recording T&C's / Info: - You will have access to the recording for 4 weeks/ 1 month - Unlimited access within that duration from the date of purchase - Please do not share with anyone, this is for your use only - By purchasing you accept full responsibility for your own practice and health conditions The Recording will be sent within 3hrs or purchase unless purchased between 8am and 8am (non workign hours), then it will be sent withing 3hrs from 8am. No refunds if you do not use within the month you have pruchased for, or for any reason, unless there is something wront with the recording.
