The team here at Wild & Free Adventures are so excited to welcome you on your next trip and we thought it was important to let you know a few things about how we are dealing with COVID-19 for our future guests.

Along with our staff, your safety is our highest priority and we are closely following the Government guidelines, ABTA and Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) to keep up to date with the changing world we live in.

If you cannot travel due to contracting Coronavirus or someone in your household has it please notify us immediately.

We encourage all guests to ensure that they have a travel insurance policy, and to check the status of their cover in the event of trip or flight cancellation.

Will I be entitled to a full refund if Wild & Free Adventures has to cancel or make a significant change to my trip due to the Coronavirus outbreak?

For the 2022 season, all future bookings will be refunded if they need to be cancelled as a result of Government guidelines and foreign office travel restrictions.  We will not provide refunds if people feel “disinclined” to travel, despite no change in government policy.


Please note Wild & Free Adventures will also not be responsible for any other costs incurred including other travel expenses such as flight or transfers paid for by guests. 

Wherever possible Wild & Free Adventures will also offer alternative or rescheduled retreat dates to accommodate any changes in the guidelines.

What happens if travel advice changes while I am on holiday?

We will respond accordingly to any advice from the Government and Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) and we will communicate any changes to you.

Will I be entitled to a full refund if  I have to curtail my trip?

If your trip has to be curtailed while you are in location due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds will not be made for any unused portion of your holiday, travel or accommodation arrangements which are not attributable to any failure on the part of Wild & Free Adventures or the part of our suppliers to provide these services.

We will of course support you to make onward travel plans, but any claims should be made under your own travel insurance policy for any refunds of your travel, accommodation, and any other special activities, excursions or other services of your holiday.

How will I know if my travel plans are going to be affected?

The unpredictable impacts of the Coronavirus mean that decisions about cancelling or changing your holiday may be no more than a few days before you are due to depart.


We pay constant attention to the guidance from the UK’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), ABTA, Public Health England and local health authorities within the destination country.


We will respond to any advice by the FCO against non-essential travel to your destination, and will contact you as soon as it is clear we won’t be able to provide your holiday.

What are my responsibilities before travelling?

If you are travelling outside of the UK it is your responsibility to ensure you have all of the relevant standard travel vaccinations, COVID vaccinations, COVID tests and results and COVID vaccination documentation required to enter into the destination country.


It is important that all of these requirements are adhered to.


You should also ensure you understand all of the relevant return requirements including COVID tests and isolation periods etc.
