Our day retreats are the perfect way to experience Wild & Free: A taste of mindful movement, time in nature, and nourishing food, all in beautiful, ever-changing UK locations.
Every retreat includes yoga (suitable for all levels), complemented by seasonal activities that help you switch off, reconnect and feel inspired — from cold-water swims and coastal walks to breathwork, journaling, cooking or creative workshops.
We choose our venues with care: peaceful countryside barns, coastal hideaways, or tranquil gardens — each handpicked to create space for calm and connection.

I thoroughly enjoyed my day of relaxation with like minded ladies. Amanda puts you at ease immediately due to her warm and nurturing manner. We started our day with the most delicious smoothie which set us up for our morning of mindfulness, relaxation and yoga. After a wonderful healthy lunch, we had a go at journaling, practised some breath work and explored the grounds of the beautiful location. I cannot wait to treat myself to another Wild and Free day retreat. Thank you Amanda 🥰

Lovely venue and a great relaxing time on this 1/2 day retreat. Really enjoyed the whole experience and even went cold water swimming - a first for me and most certainly would do it again!
