Service Description

Escape for a delightful day and restore your inner balance on this tranquil Day Retreat, which features slow, mindful indoor and outdoor yoga, healing sound, an Ayurvedic seasonal bowl-building workshop, custom herbal tea blending, and open access to an outdoor pool to enjoy an afternoon dip and the beautiful gardens to explore. Life can be busy and taking care of ourselves, including what we eat, can get put to one side. So this delightful Day Retreat is all about 'finding balance' and learning about how we can create meals which are balanced, seasonal and nourish us from the inside out. Exploring the science behind Ayurvedic eating and a herbal tea making workshop, alongside lots of lovely nourishing yoga practices in a beautiful setting. The hands-on workshops will not only teach you the methods and principles of Ayurvedic cooking but also explain the importance of natural food for a healthy gut - our second brain! We'll make lunch to enjoy lunch al fresco together, then explore making herbal tea blends in the afternoon with a sweet treat! As well as yoga and the workshops, you'll have access to this beautiful venue, its gardens, outdoor pool and time out for you!
