3 spots left
Service Description
Yoga We will start with a mindful morning of slow yoga to connect to the body and breath, followed by a mindful walk, including foraging Sloe's (for our 'making' workshop) Walk The walk and process of picking the Sloe's is about being mindful in nature and foraging locally and spending time outside to embrace this transition into Autumn - so good walking shoes, layers and we will limber up in our morning yoga. Breathwork On the walk back up the hill... we will practice some breathwork and talk through the benefits of slow breaths, building our carbon dioxide tolerance, good for overall health. These breathing techniques are good for practicing when on an incline but can also be a good thing to practice on even ground too. This 1/2 Day Yoga & Mindfulness retreat is for those wanting a relaxing and nourishing few hours to switch off, enjoy the company of like minded people, with a simple creative workshop, some breathwork and time out for you.
