Service Description
Purchasing this package for 5 sessions at £48 per sessions gives you a saving of £35! This package allows you more time (and flexibility) to take your practice to the next level, wherever you are in your yoga practice. These sessions will leave you feeling focused and Amanda will set goals and exercises to work on, in-between each session, to further support and develop your practice. Leaving you feeling confident and inspired! - suitable for all levels. Whether you want to develop your practice or focus on a particular area, great for beginners wanting to get to know the basics and advance students want to deepen their practice and take it to the next level. These sessions are designed around your needs, whether you want to deepen or develop your practice, or book just book a couple of sessions to work through basics, or specific poses and great for building confidence in your practice. 1 to 1's are for anyone, whether you are a complete beginner wanting to learn the basics or an a regular yogi just wanting to work specific things from alignment, postures, building strength, flexibility or knowledge and a more in-depth knowledge of yoga. A 1 to 1 yoga session is a personalised session where you get to work 1 on 1 with a yoga teacher, focusing on what you want to work on. The class will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, providing individual attention to help you improve your practice. It is a great way to build a safe practice. Amanda offers 3, 5 and 8 packs. So if you are not sure which package is best for you, please get in touch with Amanda and she can recommend via email, chat or a phone call. If you would like a time/day not listed, get in touch as my availability changes weekly and sometimes I have a few extra slots available. PLEASE NOTE: The availability on the calendar changes frequently so please do contact Amanda first and all booking for 1 to 1 appointments will be confirmed by Amanda in email.

Recording T&C's / Info: - You will have access to the recording for 4 weeks/ 1 month - Unlimited access within that duration from the date of purchase - Please do not share with anyone, this is for your use only - By purchasing you accept full responsibility for your own practice and health conditions The Recording will be sent within 3hrs or purchase unless purchased between 8am and 8am (non workign hours), then it will be sent withing 3hrs from 8am. No refunds if you do not use within the month you have pruchased for, or for any reason, unless there is something wront with the recording.
