Join myself and Laura for a relaxing evening of 'self care' to both revitalise and calm the mind and body in January. A little reTREAT and time out JUST FOR YOU, from the comfort of your home! In this mini ONLINE re-TREAT Laura will guide you through a sculpting facial massage and teach you a variety of techniques (to incorporate into your daily routine) to lift and revitalise the face and upper neck. Amanda will take you through some relaxing, meditative movements like Somatics, Restorative and Yin Yoga, to release stress and tension held in the body. Re-connecting you to your body and calming the mind, through self massage and mindful movement. A perfect session and 'pick me up' in January to TREAT yourself as we move into the start of a new year with positive intentions! A bit about "us"... Amanda Bunton is a Mindful Movement and Wellbeing Yoga Teacher who hosts retreats all over the world and is passionate about sharing techniques for a healthier mind and body. Working with movement and the nervous system to 'feel' more calm and balanced in everyday life. Amanda is trained in Synergy, Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Laura Tucker is a Holistic Facial Massage Therapist who works specifically to release tension in the Fascia and muscles in the upper body and face, by working with the skin’s surface to enhance the natural flow beneath the skin. Using slow mindful movements to help restore calm to the mind and body. Laura is also a Make Up Artist, Reiki and Healing Crystals practitioner. This is a SUPER RELAXING session and opportunity to take some time out for you. As well as learn techniques to use anytime when you need a moment of calm. The combination of these practices will leave you, your skin, mind and body feeling rested, restored and ready for a blissful night's sleep! Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 2 hours before your class starts and reschedule within your plan or package policy rules. * Single class bookings can be rescheduled to another day * Weekly or Monthly or Packs or Packages can be rescheduled, but ONLY within the period of time the package is valid for. For example if your package is 1 month/4 sessions and there are only 4 sessions available within this month, it will not be able to be carried over outside of this month/period (as per policy when booking). Online bookings and classes on different days in person are all options to reschedule to (with the exception of Monthly Specials) So do not forget to re book before your plan expiry date! For Private 1 to 1 sessions different cancelation & rescheduling policies apply, please get in touch. If you wish to cancel your Yoga Warrior subscription you can do this from your account yourself or you can contact us in writing via email and we will deactivate the card payment.
