Come and enjoy a weekend Yoga Flow with Amanda ONLINE streamed LIVE from the lovely Lost Manor in Chulmliegh, Devon These 'pop up' weekend yoga specials will be added to the the diary on an ‘ad hoc’ basis, at different times and days, so keep and eye on the schedule and newsletters to find out when one is coming - as they are popular and book up fast! Each session will vary, sometimes a slow or energetic flow, or yin to yang and sometimes a combination of all. The aim is to enjoy some weekend movement. Amanda's goals are to educate and explore the 'why' behind what we are doing, so you learn about yoga, the poses and your body! As well as enjoying connecting to our bodies and to move freely... relaaing both physical and emotional tension in the body. The key to yoga is understanding everybody's body is different, so no pose is the same for each and everyone of us. We will explore 'meeting your body where it is' ...that day, month, year... everything is always changing and so are our bodies! These sessions will be varied, open, fun and just about 'movement'. So whether you are a complete beginner or experienced yoga, come and join Amanda on the mat to enjoy yoga in every form and chat to her about what it is you want from your practice xxx Let's 'feel' and 'experience' the pose... get fluid and honest with bodies!
