Start you day in a positive way... with some mindfulness, planting positive seeds and taming that “monkey mind” (that tends to get a little too excited before we’ve even woken up...jumping ahead of us (future), thinking about what we’ve got to do, where we’ve got to be, etc) This week I’m offering FREE 15mins Mindful Morning sessions with a gentle guided Mindful Meditation to refocus that mind and a few suggestions (mini challenges) within each day to mix up the usual morning routine 🙏🏻✨ Hope you enjoy!
