THI IS A RECORDING OF LIVE SESSION ON 9th FEB 2026 which is available for purchase (unlimitted access for 1 month) Join myself & Laura for a mindful evening of 'self care' & to leave you feeling relaxed &rebalanced, from the comfort of your home! In this mini online TREAT Laura will guide you through a beautiful mindful facial massage & teach you a variety of techniques (& incorporate into your daily routine) to relax & rebalance the nervous system. Amanda will take you through some relaxing, slow meditative movements & Restorative poses, to release stress & tension held in the body. Re-connecting you to your body & calming the mind, through self massage & mindful movement. A little 'pocket of rest' & 'time out' to TREAT for yourself & keep up your well-being intentions. A bit about "us"... Amanda Bunton is a Mindful Movement & Wellbeing Yoga Teacher who hosts retreats all over the world & is passionate about sharing techniques for a healthier mind & body. Working with movement & the nervous system to 'feel' more calm & balanced in everyday life. Amanda is trained in Synergy, Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Nidra. Laura Tucker is a Holistic Facial Massage Therapist who works specifically to release tension in the Fascia & muscles in the upper body & face, by working with the skin’s surface to enhance the natural flow beneath the skin. Using slow mindful movements to help restore calm to the mind & body. Laura is also a Make Up Artist, Reiki & Healing Crystals practitioner. This SUPER RELAXING session & opportunity to take some time out for you. As well as learn techniques to use anytime when you need a moment of calm. The combination of these practices will leave you, your skin, mind & body feeling rested, restored & ready for a blissful night's sleep!
