Wow our very first Wild And Free FREE Surf and Yoga holiday was awesome! So many of you came down to join in, we think you made the sun shine. Check out all the action below and see if you can spot your self in the photos!
We woke to an ominous looking sky and the sound of rain on the windows, but after a good old cup of tea, we agreed that if we remained super enthusiastic we could some how change the weather. So we headed over to North Fistral to meet up with the crew at The Surf Sanctuary at the famous Headland Hotel to set up for the day.
Come 10am, the Animal tent was up, wetsuits came out of their Dry Bag's and the Fourth Surfboards demo boards were all finned up and ready to go. The surf was pumping, 3 to 4ft waves were peeling into the bay as we started our morning yoga session.
Ten minutes into the first yoga and surf session and the clouds parted the rain stopped and the sun was out.
With 50 of you doing yoga sessions with us and Alan running surf clinic groups under the Cornish sun, our FREE surf and yoga day was really flowing.
The rest of the day remains a blur of surf stoked faces! Up And Go UK kept everyones energy levels high.
We loved teaching yoga with you all!
We had a perfect view of the waves and you all ripped it up in the Fistral surf.
Thank you all for making it a day to remember and one of many to come. We hope you all took something away from the day, we sure did!
